WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
As this is a small business, we do not have any repayment options such as Klarma, but this is something we are hoping to do in the future. For now however, we accept good old fashion Visa/Credit card payments.
I AM IN-BETWEEN SIZES?
At House of Essence we try to ensure every body shape is catered for. We understand more then most, how distressing this is. We have created our own size guide, very similar to other UK stores just for ease and familiarity. So check out below to find out more information on finding what size you are. If you find after purchasing a House of Essence dress, that you may need to exchange your dress for a different size, we are happy to help.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are sad to hear this but truly understand. If you live in the UK, you have up to 14 days once you have received your order, to return it to the PO Box provided. If the item is faulty, you have up to 28 days to return this, starting from the date you made the order. If you live outside of the UK, you have up to 28 days, starting from the date you have received your order. Unfortunately Sample items are strictly non-refundable. You can click on the link http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/5522 or search for House of Essence on the Royal Mail website so you can print off the label at home or scan your barcode in the Post Office.
WHAT SIZE AM I?
This is the part nobody likes.... but to be on the safe side, it is best to get a measuring tape, follow the instructions below and you will then find your size, or closest to it. At House of Essence we understand you may be in between two sizes, so just order both!! Try them on in the comfort of your own home and return the unsatisfactory dress back to us within the time limit. We don't always agree with the UK Standard sizing, and we are definitely not defined by it! However for transparency and familiarity, we have followed it to provide a first class service to you.

House of Essence was created with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below:
Sample items are strictly non refundable under no circumstances.
To ensure every customer is 100% happy with their purchase and to always put the customer needs first.
Every customer has within 14 days to refund their purchase if the customer lives in the UK. Outside the UK, costumers are allowed up to 28 days. Only the purchase price will be refunded, not including the postage fees. It is up to the buyer to pay additional postage fees to return items. To minimize waste, we do not print receipts.
That every design is consciously targeted to women of different sizes and silhouettes. We don't believe there is just one standard idea of what 'beauty' is.
Every order is sent out within 1-2 days of being processed, so will be delivered within 5-7 working days by Hermes courier service. For a quicker delivery within 2 days, pay for Next day delivery by 12pm (UK time).
International customers are responsible to pay any additional duties and taxes upon receiving their goods, depending on their location.
